When I began working on the Innsbruck Inn at Stowe, my strategy centered around balancing the inn’s rich history with the vision of its new ownership under the Cashman Family. The inn had been a beloved destination for decades, so it was important to maintain the loyalty of long-time guests while also attracting a new audience.

 

I led a full rebrand that preserved the charm and warmth of the original identity but introduced refreshed visuals, messaging, and digital tools that reflected the updates and improvements being made.

 

Transparency was key, I made sure the marketing approach communicated the enhancements without alienating past guests, positioning them as part of the inn’s evolution. This thoughtful strategy helped build trust and excitement across both groups, resulting in a noticeable increase in direct bookings and the successful retention of loyal visitors, while also establishing a new base of repeat guests who connected with the inn’s revitalized brand and story.
